Motocross riders, enduro clubs and off-road brands buy jerseys differently from road riders: full-colour team designs, sponsor logos that change every season, rider-specific names and numbers, and short runs that need to arrive before the first round. AJSAMCO manufactures sublimated motocross jerseys to exactly that brief, alongside the leather and textile road apparel we have produced for private-label brands since 2013.

What we manufacture.

Motocross and enduro jerseys — lightweight, moisture-wicking polyester with full sublimation, so graphics cover every panel and never crack or peel.
Team and series kits — one design across the whole team with individual rider names, numbers and sponsor placements.
Brand and dealer runs — your off-road label or dealership graphics, sized runs, private label neck print or woven label.
Matching MX pants and gloves — quoted with the jersey program on request so the full kit ships together.

Construction and options.

Sublimated polyester body with a soft hand and fast dry — the print is dyed into the fabric, not applied on top.
Raglan or set-in sleeve patterns, drop tail for the riding position, V-neck or crew collar with tagless neck print.
Optional mesh ventilation panels under the arms and down the sides for hot-climate series.
Longer, snug cuffs that stay under the glove, and a silicone hem grip on request.
Full size runs from youth to 3XL; women's and youth cuts available.

How a jersey program works.

Artwork and template

Send your design files, sponsor logos and a reference jersey or template. We prepare a print-ready layout on our pattern and confirm placements with you.

Pre-production sample

One printed sample in your main size for fit, colour and print approval — corrections are incorporated until you sign off.

Production

Each unit is printed and cut to your size breakdown with rider names and numbers, then stitched, inspected and packed under your label.

Delivery

Air freight for pre-season deadlines or sea freight for larger dealer runs, with commercial invoice and packing list.

Not PPE — and that matters for your paperwork

Motocross jerseys are racewear, not protective equipment, so they sit outside EN 17092 and need no CE or UKCA certification to sell in the EU or UK. If your range also includes protective road gear, our jackets, pants and gloves are built to EN 17092 / EN 13594 requirements for your brand to certify.

Do you manufacture custom motocross jerseys?

Yes. AJSAMCO Industries produces fully sublimated motocross, enduro and off-road jerseys with all-over custom print, team and sponsor graphics, rider names and numbers, under your brand label.

What is the minimum order for motocross jerseys?

Sublimated jerseys have lower minimums than leather or CE protective programs because every unit is printed to order. Send your design and quantities and we will quote the program — team kits, dealer runs and event series are all catered for.

Can you match my existing MX jersey design or template?

Yes. Send your artwork files, a reference jersey or a template with sponsor placements. We prepare a print-ready layout and a pre-production sample for approval before the run.

Do you also make motocross pants and gloves?

Matching MX pants and gloves can be quoted alongside a jersey program. Tell us the full kit you need and we will confirm construction and lead time.

Are motocross jerseys CE certified?

No — motocross jerseys are not protective PPE and are not covered by EN 17092. They are performance racewear. For protective road gear, see our jackets, suits, pants and gloves, which are built to EN 17092 and EN 13594 requirements for your brand to certify.
